Camaguey is Cuba's third largest city, located in central Cuba on the way between Santa Clara and Santiago de Cuba.

In my opinion, there are so many places more beautiful and interesting in Cuba than Camaguey.
If you are on the way from Santa Clara/Havana to Santiago, you can make a stop for half a day to a day, but not more that that.
